Acceptance of these terms
Inferno Baseball, operated by Schematic Sports LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), provides a baseball analytics and recruitment platform (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility and accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. Among other things, you may not upload unlawful, harassing, or infringing content; attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours; interfere with or disrupt the Service; or use it to violate the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you submit — such as messages, media, and player information. You grant us the license needed to host, display, and process that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you submit, including media featuring minors.
SMS messaging
SMS announcements are strictly opt-in and governed by our SMS Terms & Conditions. Message and data rates may apply, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Subscriptions and payments
Some features are offered under paid plans. Fees, billing intervals, and the features included in each plan are described at the point of purchase. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change plan pricing or features on a going-forward basis, with notice where required.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that analytics and metrics will be accurate for any particular purpose.

Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
